Land Use Study

Singapore Changi International Airport

OTC led the airport master planning and terminal planning on this Land Use Study for the entire airport, which explored different options for the future expansion of Changi Airport to the Changi East campus, which includes a third runway, as well as the impact on the existing facilities in Changi West. For Changi East, OTC developed various configurations of terminals, concourses, cargo and MRO areas with the associated apron layouts and airside circulation systems.
