In addition to planning bicycle parking in most of our mobility projects, OTC has developed creative and optimal solutions to a wide range of car parking projects, including those involving Automated Parking Systems (APS), focusing on user experience and the reduction of both environmental impact and cost.

Car parking is required at airport and at transport hub developments, particularly those which require Park & Ride intermodal integration. Efficient parking layouts not only support positive passenger experience, but also reduce the visual and environmental impact of parking structures and reduce construction and maintenance costs.

Bicycle parking is increasingly required in intermodal hubs, as well as in most building types. Our bike parking solutions focus on easy links to the local cycling path network as well as seamless integration in the building's internal circulation.
