Shanghai Pudong International Airport
As part of the pre-opening commissioning of Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2, OTC was invited to conduct peer reviews of the following issues:
Wayfinding and signage. OTC reviewed the existing strategy and actual installed signs and in a Report provided specific recommendations for improvements.
Passenger transfer. OTC benchmarked the proposed passenger transfer routes and facilities at Terminal 2, including for inter-terminal transfers, to 5 other international airports (MAD, MUC, ORD, JFK and YYZ), including a comparison of facilities and procedures, passenger and baggage conveyance, and walking distances.
