Through analysis, programming, and detailed space planning, OTC has been leading the planning of a wide range of airport terminals, from large mega-terminal hubs to low-cost carrier (LCC) terminals.

Passenger terminals are at the heart of most airports, and are central to the airport’s economic success as well as to its public image. While grand architectural expression can elevate the experience of passengers, we believe good planning is the backbone of truly successful airport terminals: it is the planning which ensures there are enough security screening stations and that passengers find their gate easily, do not have to queue to board an escalator, and are never too far from the nearest toilet. It is also planning which places retail hubs to benefit from the best footfall, and arranges gate lounges optimally relative to aircraft positions.
