OTC developed concept designs for a proposed development of transit-oriented residential communities along the Dolphin Expressway, leveraging the construction of a BRT corridor along the expressway.
The designs included intermodal nodes connected to the transit station, which link to an electric / autonomous shuttle serving the development as well as bike and car park & ride facilities serving the development and surrounding areas. Commercial facilities at each node provide convenient community shopping and services. Safeguards are also provided for an addition of future office blocks above each intermodal node.
