Bus Interchanges and Integrated Transport Hubs

OTC is leading the mobility planning of 12 intermodal bus interchanges and integrated transport hubs in multiple locations across Singapore.
At the project’s inception, OTC developed prototypes which explored different operational models and a range of facility layouts to better address the passenger experience, improve bus operator efficiency, respond to specific site conditions and constraints, and maximize the throughput of the facilities to minimize land take.
Each interchange features bus boarding, alighting, and parking positions, passenger concourses designed to provide convenient bus-to-bus and bus-to-MRT transfers, and support facilities. Integrated transport hubs also include provisions for topside commercial development.
